Job Summary:

  • To perform legal matters of the Institution and assists the CEO and Departments. He/ She also provides legal advices to departments/services and Branch of the Institution.
  • She/ He Ensures that the organization complies with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper governance practices, and supporting the Board and management in fulfilling their duties effectively.

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Competence

  • Able to communicate and good presentation skill.
  • Good knowledge of Legal research methods, the court system and procedures, legal ethics.
  • Ability to interpret, analyse and solve problems.
  • Ability to act in professional and ethical manner.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements in the microfinance industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
  • Proficient in using office software and compliance management tools
