Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Financial Record keeping, account payable and receivable management, bank and cash management, payroll and employee accounts, internal account and compliance, financial reporting support, cash & treasury management, timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually financial statement & management report, mentor, guide and evaluate accounting staff.
  • KPI: Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. Effective cost control and variance reduction. Compliance rate with tax and audit requirements. Efficiency and reliability of counting operations, account payable processing cycle, account receivable collection efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

  • BA/MA in Accounting, Finance, or related field .6+ years of professional accounting experience out of this at least 1 year as section/division head, ideally in agriculture/ flower farm/export sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Experience managing teams and preparing financial reports.
  • Having certification like ACCA is advantageous.
