About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile App Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications that power IDD’s digital services. The ideal candidate has strong experience with mobile-first architecture, large-scale codebases, and modern frameworks such as React Native or Flutter, with a deep understanding of Android technologies and secure fintech application development.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy mobile applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to turn requirements into user-centric features.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, external libraries, and third-party services.
  • Write and maintain robust unit and integration tests.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
  • Improve mobile development workflows including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Contribute to large-scale system migrations, architectural upgrades, and refactoring efforts.
  • Apply secure coding practices aligned with fintech and industry standards.
  • Mentor junior mobile developers and support team learning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in mobile app development using React Native, Flutter, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain large, complex mobile codebases.
  • Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile teams with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
  • Experience in secure fintech development is a plus.
