Tsehay Bank SC looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join the growing team in the following positions: 

01. Position: Branch Manager I

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
  • Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years’ service at a supervisory level.
  • Salary: As per the Bank Scale
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa

02. Position: Senior Customer Service Officer I

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
  • Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Customer Service Officer.
  • Salary: As per the Bank Scale
  • Place of Work: Aweday, Debark & Dansha

03. Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
  • Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service officer or Bank Trainee.
  • Salary: As per the Bank Scale
  • Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Adama & Aweday

04. Position: Customer Service Officer

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Qualification: BA degree holder from recognized higher learning institutions in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other related field of discipline.
  • Work Experience: Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.
  • Salary: As per the Bank Scale
  • Place of Work: Adama & Aweday
